Camera-Ready CopyAccepted papers should be emailed to alistair / csse.unimelb.edu.au with "ADCS Accepted Paper" in the subject line. Papers must comply with the formatting guidelines and must be straightforward PDF documents (no fancy fonts or formatting that might become invisible on my printer). Please remember to include the required publication attribution footnote on the first page, and to switch off any page numbering and headers/footers that you may have been using.Final papers must be received by 5pm on 19 November. This is a immutable deadline -- the proceedings will be compiled that weekend, and then I am away for much of the next two weeks. The same deadline applies for the 4-page short papers. At least one author of each accepted paper or short paper is required to register for the symposium at the time that the camera-ready copy is submitted. If two or more authors want to register, that is even better :-) RegistrationRegistration information is linked here. PostersShort papers will be presented as posters during an extended afternoon refreshments break. Authors of short papers should prepare a poster presentation to fit at most one side of a standard vertical self-supporting display board. (Gee, I don't know how big they are, but you know what I mean.) Please try to be more inspired than a fistful of black and white A4 sheets printed from SliTeX or PowerPoint. Pins will be provided. |
