To register for the SIGIR'98 conference, tutorials, and workshops, enter your requirements into the form and then click on the "submit" button. A fresh page listing your requests will be returned to you. Print that page at your local printer, and either attach a cheque for the full payment and mail it to the conference office, or write your credit card information into the spaces provided, and then fax or mail the form to the conference office. Your requirements will recorded when you submit the form, but will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
The electronic form may only be used once for each registration. If you wish to alter your requirements after submitting the form, note the changes on the hardcopy you have printed prior to posting or faxing it. Any subsequent changes should be advised by email to email@example.com. It will not be possible for you to re-submit the form to correct mistakes.
