Lu Xia

PhD Candidate

Lu Xia is with the Future Grid Lab, School of Engineering University of Melbourne. Lu Xia's research interests include electricity network optimisation, smart grid technologies, electric vehicle charging, demand side management, power quality management, etc.

Lu's supervision team consist of 5 members: Prof. Iven Mareels, Prof. Doreen Thomas, A/Prof. Marcus Brazil, Dr. Tansu Alpcan, Dr. Julian de Hoog. Before coming to Melbourne, Lu was an R&D student at the Australian National University working with Prof. Brian Anderson on formation control and sensor network localization.
