Tutorials are offered subject to minimum enrolment numbers; if you wish to enrol in tutorials please return this registration form by 1 December 1995. Confirmation of tutorial enrolment will be made shortly thereafter; if any tutorials are cancelled because of insufficient enrolments, full refunds will be made.

Refunds

With the exception of tutorials cancelled by us, all cancellations after December 15 will be subject to a 50% penalty on conference/tutorial registration fees, and a 20% penalty on accommodation charges. Fees for tutorials cancelled by us will be refunded in full.
