Intelligent Information Systems within the Defence Science Institute (DSI)

The Project

The Intelligent Information Systems theme is a research program within the Defence Science Institute, a collaboration between founding partners The University of Melbourne and the Australian Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO).

This new University Research Institute is seed funded by the State Government of Victoria for $3.0 million of initial funding for the start-up period 2011-2013 and is open to participation from other Universities and companies.

Dr. Adrian Pearce is the Theme Leader of Intelligent Information Systems.

Research Participation

Relevant research groups include the Intelligent Agent Laboratory (www.agentlab.unimelb.edu.au) and the Defence Science Institute (www.defence.unimelb.edu.au).
